Online Payments through Cable Atlantico's Self-management Portal
Accessing the Portal
1. Request Access:
- Contact our customer service center at +1-809-571-1040 or send us a WhatsApp message at +1-809-722-9814 to request access.
- A valid email address is required to activate your account on the portal.
2. Login Instructions:
- Log in to the portal at https://personal.cableatlantico.com
- Log in with the registered email address and password provided by our customer service team, or the one you set up.

Portal Navigation
- By logging in, you will be able to view your contracts and the corresponding balances.

Making a Payment
1. Select the Payment Option:
- Click on the red button “Pagar” next to the balance you wish to liquidate.

2. Choose a Payment Method:
- PayPal:
- Click on “Pagar con PayPal”.
- Follow the instructions to log in to your PayPal account and select a funding source for payment.
- Credit/Debit Card:
- Click on “Pagar por AZUL”.
- You will be redirected to the payment processor page AZUL.
- Enter your card details and confirm payment.

Final Steps
- Once the payment is successfully processed:
- The balance will be updated in your contract.
- If your account was suspended, it will be reactivated within within 15 minutes after payment.
