Accessing the Portal

1. Request Access:

  • Contact our customer service center at +1-809-571-1040 or send us a WhatsApp message at +1-809-722-9814 to request access.
  • A valid email address is required to activate your account on the portal.

2. Login Instructions:

Portal Navigation

  • By logging in, you will be able to view your contracts and the corresponding balances.

Making a Payment

1. Select the Payment Option:

  • Click on the red button “Pagar” next to the balance you wish to liquidate.

2. Choose a Payment Method:

  • PayPal:
    • Click on “Pagar con PayPal”.
    • Follow the instructions to log in to your PayPal account and select a funding source for payment.
  • Credit/Debit Card:
    • Click on “Pagar por AZUL”.
    • You will be redirected to the payment processor page AZUL.
    • Enter your card details and confirm payment.

Final Steps

  • Once the payment is successfully processed:
    • The balance will be updated in your contract.
    • If your account was suspended, it will be reactivated within within 15 minutes after payment.
